LONA features a variety of paintings, sculpture, photography, pottery and jewelry by local artists. LONA also carries unique handcrafted gifts. Shopping with LONA-Online is 100% safe and guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund (less shipping) provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days. After 14 days, all sales are final. Please review the complete “Return Policy” below.

Shipping:

Your shopping cart will automatically calculate the total cost of shipping. Your order will be shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS, 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Should there be any unavoidable delay in order fulfillment, we will communicate with you at our earliest opportunity.

Sales Tax:

We are required to charge any sales tax applicable on all orders shipped within the state of Georgia. No tax will be charged on shipments outside the state of Georgia.

Return Policy:

At The LONA Gallery, we take great pride in the original, handcrafted products we provide. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, please note that there may be slight variations in color and finish which add to the unique quality of each handcrafted item. No two items will be exactly alike.

We carefully inspect your order prior to shipping. We ask that upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new/unused condition and include all original paper work. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Items not returned within 15 to 30 days of receipt will be eligible for exchange only. After 30 days all sales are final.

Should you decide to return an item, the first step is to obtain a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA). An RMA must be obtained prior to returning shipments. Notify us by sending an email to info@lonaonline.com with “Return Request” in the subject line, or you may call us at 678-349-2223. Include your order number and contact information in the return request. Upon approval of your return, we will send you an RMA number. The RMA number authorizes and initiates the return process. Please note: An RMA number is not a guarantee of refund. Once a return has been received, inspected, and determined to be in good condition, we will refund the full price of the items excluding shipping and handling charges. Full refunds (including shipping and handling) are issued only if the return is a result of an error made in order fulfillment or damage during shipping to you. Once approved, you will be notified by email with a refund confirmation and the refund amount.

Return packages must be sent pre-paid directly to the provided shipping address. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in returning your items except in cases of damage during shipping to you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during the return process.

Damaged Shipments:

We take great care in packaging your order. Rarely do damages occur in shipping. However should you have a problem, here are the steps to follow:

If your order is delivered to you with obvious damage, please do not open the package. Refuse it and have the carrier return the package to sender. Please call 678-349-2223 to let us know so we can arrange a replacement shipment, dependent upon item availability. Should you discover damage after the package has been opened, please notify us by email immediately at info@lonaonline.com with "Damaged Order" in the subject. If possible, attach pictures of the damage. Claims for any items damaged in transit will be handled through the shipper. Please retain all shipping materials in the condition they are received. They will be needed for inspection in filing the claim. We will be happy to file a claim with the shipper on your behalf.

Gifts:

We will gladly accept a gift return for exchange within thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Follow the return policy instructions to exchange a gift item. No refunds through any payment method will be provided for gift returns.

Out of Stocks:

We make every effort to keep quantities current, however inventory fluctuates hourly based on internet, phone and walk-ins. Orders are filled in the order which they are received. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you by e-mail. You can choose to have us cancel your order, or request backorder of the item for future delivery. We will ship any backordered item(s) immediately upon receipt.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order any time prior to shipping. Please contact us at 678-349-2223 to make changes to, or cancel your order.
